Dr. Bernard was a wonderful man who allowed me to work for him in his surgical practice and other substantial endeavors. I was very sorry to hear of Dr. Bernard`s passing. He was one of my instructors years ago at the Washington Hospital Center during oral and maxillofacial surgery residency. Dr. Bernard was one of the most well liked attending oral surgeons amongst the residents in training. He was kind to the residents, and always teaching us when present. Milton was my classmate at Howard Dental. We sat next to each other, by alphabetical order. I respected him and liked him. He will be sorely and acutely missed!

Words can´t capture the treasured memories I have from my childhood of Dr. Bernard. It was heartwarming and encouraging to hear my dad and Dr. Bernard, joined by close friends laughing and engaging in lively discussions during social gatherings.
