I used to wait on Dr. & Mrs. Glick at Uno's Pizzeria on Mill Ave., where I worked during college. These are two customers who have always stuck in my mind. They were both kind, engaging, respectful, intelligent and a pleasure to wait on. I always thought highly of the Glicks and was glad to see them seated in my station. Although I knew Dr. Glick was associated with ASU, it wasn't until years later that I realized he was Provost, after seeing his photo and title in a publication.

I didn't know Dr. Glick personally, though I enjoyed his easy compassionate manner at those functions where he appeared.
This community has lost a wonderful man, one who had a vision
and a manner to make that vision succeed. Peace to his family and
his vast extended family. Take comfort that he will always be in all Nevadan's hearts and thoughts. Blessed man, Rest In Peace
