So sorry to hear of your loss. Dr. Kitei was my physician as well as my mother's physician for many years in South Philly. He was always so nice - alway's a smile, and funny, too. My sympathy to the family.

I am deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Dr. Kitei.
Dr. Kitei treated members of my immediate and extended family for many years, making house calls to our home in South Philadelphia, during my childhood over sixty years ago. I heard how much he meant to his neighbors and patients at his South Philadelphia practice, where he also resided for many years.
I was fortunate to have developed a personal relationship with him over the past thirty years as a result of certain business I handled for him. He referred to himself as “Milt” when he called me, but to me he always was, and would remain “Dr. Kitei”.
He spoke words of wisdom to me in Jewish, always asking if I understood, and explaining when I did not.
While I tried to prepare myself for his passing that I feared would soon come, it seems I am no less saddened. He meant a lot to me, as I know he did to so many others.
My deepest sympathies go out to the Kitei family.
As he healed so many during his life, may his soul be bound up in the bond of life….
