Milton James Ray Jr., known as "Bubba Ray," passed away at 6:52 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2025, at Mercy Health-Lourdes Hospital in Paducah.

He was a member of First Liberty Missionary Baptist Church where he served as deacon and in various other ministries.
