My father worked with Milton in the Tennessee Attorney General's office in the 1950's and early 1960's. He, along with other assistant AG's, appeared in the US Supreme Court on behalf of the State of Tennessee in the case of Baker v. Carr.
Milton was a fine lawyer and a better man.
