I worked several cases with Milt during my time with the Syracuse Police Department. We all knew a lot of Troopers and BCI men, but Milt was something special.
I maintain a "Departed Members" page on my website at www.JackWinter.com. Milt is the only non-Syracuse Police member listed, because so many of us knew him and cherished his friendship.
