Mimi Muray Levitt

Dear Mimi. I´m deeply grateful to have known you. And loved you. Your bright spirit, hospitality, and love and protection of Alta have touched countless people around the world. You and Bill changed Utah for the better-quietly and with patient dedication. Thank you. I hope you, Bill, and Ted can make masterful turns, free and easy, forever. My love and condolences to the wonderful Levitt family.

Many years ago Mimi made a copy of this photo of a bobcats with porcupine quills in its mouth (taken outside her window in Albion basin)-I've always treasured it and think of her every time vision walk down the hall and see it-I last saw Mimi last up at the Alta Lodge and got to meet her newest deaf dog (daisy)-I am so glad I got to visit RIP

I am sad to have learned of Mimi´s passing. I was lucky and am very grateful to have worked with her at the lodge for a few years. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.
