I have just learned of Mr. Mims McCarroll's passing. He was an amazing teacher, and he coached one of the best relay teams in Birmingham at Patterson Elementary. I shall never forget his caring way of disciplining the team. He will always remain alive in my prayers. Wishing family and friends peace and comfort.
