Not sure what to say?

I love you brother. I’ll see you when I get there. Going to miss you.

Your Sister,
Sarah McLellan

Remembering the childhood moments of joy as they provide comfort when I heard of the home going of your brother. Herbert will be missed. We extend our condolences ❤ Mary F H Mason
(Mae Frances Holloway) & family.

Pastor Herbert Odom was my pastor when I attended First Angelic Missionary Baptist Church. He could preach, he could sing and he knew Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. From his faith came an awesome focus on service. He was fearless. One time in Washington, DC, I was with him and Co-Pastor Charles Smith. There was a man in the street and they took out a gun. He stopped the van, took out his Bible and told him, “You’re gonna put down that gun and respect GOD and His Holy Word.” The man...

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. I will never forgot hearing Rev. Odom play the piano for the first time. I had never heard anyone play the piano like that! I have great memories of Rev. Odom leading the Young Adult Choir at True Gospel Tabernacle Baptist Church, Washington, DC. What a time we had praising the Lord! He was a great musician, Choir Director and man of God. May God comfort the family and give you peace that surpasses all understanding.

May you rest in eternal peace! Uncle Herbert and Aunt Gail were very instrumental in me and my siblings church upbringing. They made sure we knew how to serve Christ! Thank you, Uncle Herbert may you hear the Lords words "Well done my good and faithful servant".

I am sad today. I will miss you Herbert. I always think about the times we had growing up together along with Michael Huff. We had some good times and we loved our music. I will always love you Herbert. You will always be my brother.

With deepest sympathy to the Odom family, May God be with you.

Chris Gardner and family.

We the Church of New Creation in Aiken Sc give the Family our Sympathy

I am going to miss my brother. He was an encouragement in my life. I can remember climbing trees with him as I drew up. I can remember getting him and his blue Chevrolet to Washington, DC and fixing the car along the way until we reached Washington, DC. He then lived with me briefly. As I moved away to Germany, I would visit him as I came home for a visit. He always came to pick me up when I would arrive in Washington, DC. Going to miss him.

My deepest sympathy to the family at the loss of your loved one. Praying God will give you strength to endure.
