Your father and mother were so gracious and kind and so involved in the community . It was a privilege to have know them . I am sure your father was happy to the end near his family. It makes me happy to think of those twinkly eyes and all he contributed to the community. You all have my sympathy ! No matter when it happens ,losing a parent is sad and a major time of transition.
It was a pleasure to have met with you at Duck...

I have such vivid and happy memories of my friendship with Miner and Mary in the years, the fifties and sixties, when I lived in Syosset. My heart goes out to their many living descendants and friends. Bob Simon
