Read MoreI have so many meaningful memories of Minerva from Chestnut Grove Church. She was my Sunday School teacher when I was very young. She taught us so many wonderful songs and stories. As I got older, I had the opportunity to sing with her in the choir, which shaped my life.

I met Minerva when she joined the Good Life Food Co-op in the 80's. She was a kindred spirit eager to find good food at a reasonable cost and like the rest of us was a plant person too.

Some of my favorite memories as a child was going to visit uncle Lloyd and aunt Minerva. Getting to spend time with the cousins and getting rides with the ponies and cart.
