I always loved your mom. She was a very special person to me and all who knew her. Although she is no longer with us in body she will always be with us in the memories we shared with her. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. God Bless.

Our hearts go out to your family. Minnie was a good woman and my earliest memory of her is when she made eggplant parmesan for me the first time. After I told her how much I loved it, she made it for me almost every time I saw her. You could tell how much she enjoyed making it too!
