My husband and I were so sorry to learn of the death of Minnie. We first came to know her through her many years of service at Lynchburg College and later when she would provide wonderful catering services at Tabor Retreat Center. We greatly admired her incredible work ethic and gracious spirit, even when she was in pain. Though we will miss her very much, we know the angels in heaven are even now celebrating her arrival.
