Not sure what to say?

I know it has been almost a year since Dr. Willis passed. She was my African American Literature professor at LeMoyne-Owen College in the late 1970's. It was always an adventure to be in her company, especially concerning stories about African Americans. She had a wealth of knowledge she enjoyed sharing with her students. There was never a DULL moment while in her presence or lectures. She was a TRUE SCHOLAR!!!

I light this candle in memory of a wonderful person. An Angel who received her wings.

I would like to express my condolences to the family. I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Willis at least once a year. I found her to be a very sweet, down to earth person with a big heart. She was always pleasant. She meant business when she needed take care of business. I feel blessed to have know her.
Praying for you Judge Tarik Sugarmon and family.
