I always appreciated and enjoyed the telephone conversations with Miriam. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness and care whenever I visited the Reston Office. She was a very nice and funny person.

I have known Miriam for most of my life and have always considered her a dear friend and a very loving and caring person. She has been there for me through many of my ups and downs and I don't know what I would have done without her as part of my life. I know she loved to do for others and loved her family more than anything in the world. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of you. She will be always be remembered in my heart. Love you Miriam

Dear precious "Chica" was a giving, thoughtful, warm hearted person... generous to a fault. Such a good friend. Faithful and so in love with her family. She set the example for us all in her strength and tenacity in every aspect of her life. I will miss her as a revered sister and friend, and offer condolences to her treasured family.
