We are very sorry to hear about this great lady . We knew her on Bois Blanc Island, the years she was there. She done many great things and was a caring person. We will miss her.

She was a loving and gracious lady. I knew her when a student and part-time staff person at Seabury-Western.

Over a period of years, we in Trinity Episcopal on nearby Mackinac Island were blessed to spend time with Miriam, Father Philip Chester (from London, UK) and Miriam's friends on Miriam's Michigan island, Bois Blanc. Miriam loved Bois Blanc and her church there, and she loved coming via her "launch" to Mackinac,to lunch, to have horse & carriage tours, and to just talk with us hour after hour.
