Not sure what to say?

I'm so grateful to have been mentored by Mrs. Kennedy. She was my cooperating teacher in 1980, which was her last year of teaching at Charlotte Sidway school on Grand Island. Mrs. Kennedy was a fantastic teacher and model for me as I embarked on my career. She was patient and kind and I just wanted her loved ones know I was thinking of her this many years later.

I met Miriam when I started my teaching career at Sidway Elementary School on Grand Island. But she and Wilmer were also friends of my great-aunt and great-uncle from church. Miriam had a never-ending supply of energy. After teaching all day, she became the "pastor's wife" each evening and every weekend.
Please accept my sympathy on the loss of such a special woman.

Miriam was mentor to me in my first year of teaching at Sidway Elementary. She was such a wonderful woman and I have fond memories of her and her husband. My deepest condolences to you and your family.
Sincerely,
Candy (Meade)Mye

Wilmer: We extend our condolences to you and your family
as you mourn the loss of your mother. When Miriam gets to heaven she will volunteer to help God get His kingdom organized and she will become his correspondence
secretary.

Miriam has been a dear friend of our family for many years. When Jay was asked to serve First UMC Miriam was the first person to welcome us. We formed such a friendship that when our daughter Meghan was born, we asked Miriam to be her Godmother. She will be missed sorely by so many people as she touched the life of everyone she met.
