Even though we only met a few times Misty's direct yet warm personality made us fast friends. It remains one of my great regrets that I did not have more opportunities to visit and get to know Misty and that I never had the chance to meet her sons.

Erin, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during these difficult time. I know you have so many wonderful memories to keep Misty alive in your heart forever. I do have fond memories of Misty over the years as we attended Saints Luncheons and even more importantly, our trip to Miami to see our Saints play in the Super Bowl. Now she can join Doug in pulling for our Saints from above. It is friends and family that help you through in this time of sorrow. If you need anything you know you can always call me. Gone too soon... Such a strong beautiful woman- inside and out. I have known Misty since elementary school and just spoke with her a week before Christmas and had a good talk with her. Her Ryan, TRistan, and Ross will be in my prayers, as well as Erin. May God guide you all and keep you close during this truly difficult time.
