Not sure what to say?

Misty, although we didn't hang out in school I will always remember the smiles you had and your quiet ways. May you rest in peace.

Miss Witt helped me get through Chemisty as a student teacher in Forreston. Although I never really understood, she was so very helpful and easy to connect with. Always a smile! We also shared a lot of laughs on the bleachers keeping stats for basketball games.

i read the other condolences, and although i didn t know her well i feel i know her much better now . very sorry for the loss of this special person.

Misty is my aunt. I didn't see her all the time but she is still my family and I love her. I will miss her dearly.

Misty was a true angel, a blessing to the homeless men and women at Carpenter’s Place. We deeply appreciated her extraordinary kindness and generosity given with such humility. The world’s loss is heaven’s gain.

Misty was a courageous person. She made you feel like family even if you were meeting her for the first. Misty was loving, caring and would give you the shirt off her own back if someone needed the help. You leave a big hole in alot of people 's life. My deepest condolences and sympathy for her family, friends she leaves behind. She will never be forgotten. We know you are in heaven watching over all of down here till we are all reunited.

I am saddened to hear of the passing of Misty. I had the please of sitting next to her at the scorers table during basketball games at Highland Community College for many many years. She was always helpful and pleasant to be around, plus we had many laughs and stories we could tell about our experiences at the scorers table. I remember her always bringing along papers to correct before a game and at halftime from her teaching job. They don't make people like Misty anymore and she will be...

I had the pleasure of working with Misty at Pecatonica schools. Misty was always kind and very dedicated to her students, going above and beyond to help them be successful. She had my son in class, and she always pushed him to do his very best. So sorry to hear of her passing--my thoughts and prayers are with you.
