Heartfelt condolences to the Carter family. I just found out about Mitch's death and was very sorry to hear the news. I worked with him for 2 years at International Reading Association and he was always such a hardworking, dedicated, conscientious man and very well liked. He always had such a positive spirit that radiated throughout the company. Anytime I needed anything, he was eager to help with a smile on his face. He will surely be missed. God bless your family.
