Not sure what to say?

He was (and still is) the gold standard for high-tech execs in my book. What a great mentor and leader, I still keep an award signed by him on my desk.

We miss you everyday. You changed the world in miraculous ways. Everyone in our family is better because of your influence. WE LOVE YOU WITH ALL OUR HEARTS.

Mitch was an outstanding guy -- professionally and personally. I worked with and for Mitch at Andersen Consulting (before Accenture and Avanade) in the High Tech Industry group in the West. Mitch was an inspirational leader who walked the talk among his partner peer group and with junior team members alike. I got the opportunity to work for Mitch on his home projects. He was a Great person and will be missed! Condolences to Mitch's family.

Bill, Julie, Cherie & children and all whom loved Mitch, we are so very sorry for your loss. I hope and pray that your faith can move you all through this horrible time day by day. Didn't get this email until today, fell sick visiting Brian and Loren in SC and winded up in the hospital. Fine now. I would have absolutely come to be there for Cherie and all of you. I Love you...

Condolences to Mitch's family and friends. He will be missed by many. Nancy Dixon

My Condolences to his family and loved ones. Mitch was a true light, and will be missed!

Mitch was one of the first people I met when considering a career move to Avanade in May 2000. His energy, integrity and intelligence were ultimately deciding factors for me to join his newly formed company.

I enjoyed working with Mitch over the years to grow Avanade to where it is today. He was an outstanding mentor who provided much thoughtful guidance without giving the feeling of being guided.

He really loved and was proud of his family. One could tell by the spark in...
