Mitchell Mione

I just looked up Mitch and saw this. I haven’t seen him in years. He was my boss when I worked at Lums. What a great man. Only a few years older than me. He mentored me in my first restaurant job. I went on to become a sous chef. He was always kind and someone to talk to about everything and anything. Sorry for your loss, he was one of a kind. Bernie Hickman
