I was so sad to hear that Mitzi had passed. Brookwood hospital was on my bet on evening shiftI. I met Mitzi in the ER where for years was a regular stopping place to write reports Etc... Mitzi was wonderful person who always kept my laughing about something!!! I will forever miss my friend!! Dannis

Mitzi was a very special lady. So enjoyed our talks about the boys growing up with all their "adventures". She loved her family and would do anything for them. She will always hold a special place in my heart for traveling all the way to Minnesota for Dan and Leighas wedding. Rest In Peace sweet one.

I worked with Mitzi at Brookwood. She was such a ball of energy and a great leader. We worked hard but had as much fun as you can have working in an ER where anything can and does happen.And yet she always had the right thing to say to a sad or grieving person. I was always heartened by how much Mitzi loved her family. We would have a crazy shift, be exhausted and yet Mitzi was homeschooling with her son every day.
