I met Miye in 1991 when she started the Rexburg Area Literacy Project and worked with her on the board until we left Idaho in 2006. I was continually inspired by her compassion and desire to serve others. She was a great example of one who truly loved her neighbor.

I remember Miye and her family fondly from the time they lived in Sugar City, Idaho. They lived just three houses down from my parents Chuck and Carla Williams. Miye was a beautiful example of family devotion and service to others. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.
