A man that I was so happy to get to know. And was so fortunate to know. He was the father of one of my athletes and always a gentleman. I, along with many other nurses, had the privilege of working with Dr. Hamdani at Mercy Medical Center (Trinity Health) over the years. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. Dr. Hamdani was an amazing physician. His joy and confidence reassured those he cared for, even in the most difficult moments. As healthcare workers, it is hard for our families to share us with our work, long nights and days, events and holidays missed, and so many interrupting phone calls, but please know that Dr....

My thoughts and prayers on the passing of Dr. Hamdani. He took exceptional care of my father Daniel about 10 years ago. His care and compassion was so genuine. Meeting Dr. Hamdani during my father's battle was a bright spot during a difficult time. Thoughts, prayers and thank you from the O'Shea family. Dr. Hamdani's obit speaks of a life well lived and the love he received in return.

I met Dr. Hamdani after my surgeon retired. He performed many surgeries on me. The last surgery I was extremely sick had diverticulitis and got a bad infection on top of 5 hernias. He reassured me that he would take care of 1 situation then we would deal with the 2 nd problem. He didn´t sugar coat anything, if it wasn´t for his love of people I wouldn´t have believed him but the way he talked to me I knew I could trust him. I felt like I knew his wife and children because he shared beautiful...

Many a tear fell from my eyes reading Dr. Hamdanies obituary. Whom ever wrote it couldn´t have said it better. I met the Dr. some years ago while he took care of my mom with several bouts of cancer. He treated her (and my family) with such kindness. That man was a gift to all whom knew him. I´m so sorry for your loss. Pat Demers
