I called to book my client in to see Dr. Loucks this morning, and i was deeply saddened and shocked to hear the news of her passing.
I met Dr. Loucks in 1998, when i was social work student in my field placement at Fred Victor Centre. My manager recommended Dr. Loucks as an excellent dentist, who provides caring and respectful service to the most vulnerable and marginallized people in the city.

Billy my thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. It is a hard time right now - hang onto all the loved ones that are there with you to help make it through these days. Moira was special. Anyone who truly knew her was aware of her warmth and kindheartedness. I am terribly sad and my heart goes out to her family.
