Not sure what to say?

Remembering the fun we had as children on the farm in Canada. It's hard to believe it's been twenty years since Mona passed away so suddenly.

To the White Family, So sorry to hear of your loss. Miss Mona was my instructor at Delta for several nursing classes. She was a truly gifted instructor and a wonderful person. She was so very dedicated to the profession of nursing and instilled that in her students. She will be sorely missed by all that knew her.

To the family of Miss Mona,

I had the priveledge of knowing Miss Mona early in my career of a life long student, as my father was a former student and highly recommended I take her as many times as I can. When she taught NUR100A she recruited me to student nurses' association. Two years later I was elected president. The association was one of her many passions, she was truely an asset to us. Our condolences to the family.

I wish to convey my sincere sympathy to Mona's family. I have known Mona since 1995, through MNA. She was a wonderful person. My heart goes out to all of you. I can't believe that she is not still with us, although I'm certain she is in a much better place where she is smiling down on all of us.

Sincerely, Mary Jo LaHaie

Dearest Mona, You will be so missed with your upbeat energy and spirit. I was a BSN student from Ferris which I graduated in May thanks to you. That was an great opportunity I will never forget. You had so much to offer to others with all of it taken away so quickly. May your family and friends be blessed with your joyous spirit. Pam Hopkins

I know that I speak for each of my fellow students from Ferris State University. What a privledge to have had her last semester (2004). She brought so much enthusiasm into nursing and our classroom. Our deepest sympathy to the White family, our heavy hearts are with you.

I had the privilege and pleasure of working with Mona at Delta College for many years. She brought an air of competence and fun to everything she did. She was a wonderful instructor and colleague.
