Monica Augustin

To Monica's Family - I just learned about her passing. I worked for Monica at Pomona College and she was on my mind today. I looked her up, only to discover that she passed away last year. My husband and I offer you our deepest condolences. He worked in the admissions office at Pomona, and we were both very fond of her. She was a very smart, kind and considerate person. I am really at a loss for words - but please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you.

On behalf of the Allen Family of Oakland, CA we extend our deepest sympathy and love to the Augustin family. The 5 Allen girls grew up, played and went from elementary to high school with the Augustin's. Monica was best friend to my sister, Stephanie and God-mother to her son, Marcus.

We pray God's love, comfort and joy rests upon Monica's family and close friends. Psalm 16:11 declares that ...in the presence of the Lord is fullness of joy... Monica is now in the presence of the Lord...
