Monique Rene “CP3girl” Peterson, age 55 was born on October 26, 1968, peacefully departed this earthly home on Tuesday, March 26, 2024.
She was a lifelong resident of New Orleans, LA, and a graduate of Walter L. Cohen c/o of 1987. Monique was the beloved daughter of Irene “Nene” Peterson. Devoted sister of Rene M. Peterson (Terrence Burton). Adoring aunt to Troy “BAMM” Peterson, Rayshad “Doodles” Allen and her godson Joseph Oliver, Jr. Also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, family, extended family, and friends. She was preceded in death by her loving father William “Boo” H. Peterson. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Celebration of Life Service on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at Israelites Baptist Church, 2100 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., New Orleans, LA 70113 at 10:00 a.m. Visitation from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Private Burial.
