Not sure what to say?

I remember the first time I met Monna - she has a dog called Whiskers and she had come over to my parents house to pick up Rick. I had a brokem toe and Whiskers thought it was the next best chew toy. I called her mom for the longest time - she helped me get thru some rough times. I havent seen her in years but I believe that she will become a very special angel in heaven. For the rest of her family I will keep you in my prayers and keep your mom alive with my special memories of her.

Dear Rod and Kathy,

We were very sorry to hear of the loss of Rod's mother. Please accept our deepest sympathies.

My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

To Monna, what a gracious and giving lady you were. Always on the move doing for others. You were a good friend and neighbor. I still have the beaded Cross and other things you made for me. Nadine has the many little gifts you two exchanged over the years too. You will be missed very much!!
Your friends and neighbors,
Nadine Kohut and Shirley Felean.

Thanksgiving 2009 at Rick and Sue's, Jonesborough Tennessee

To Monna, Due to illness I wasen't able to make the trip to Ohio to say 'good-bye' to you. Breaks my heart that I'm not able to be there to comfort Rick and lend support to the rest of your wonderful family.
Your life WAS a true testiment of your love for others, faith of God and family.
Your friend 'Jan' is heartbroken and said; 'she lost the best friend she ever had in her life'.
We will never know how many people benefited from your tireless hours of charitable work...

I will always remember my Aunt Monna. She was a great lady. I enjoyed her and her ways. I remember going to her house when I was a kid. We had a lot of fun. Love always.

What a special wonderful lady Sue was. Very elegant and gracious. I will always treasure the bead icicle ornaments she gave me years ago. They always go on the Christmas tree. We had a lot of fun dressing my baby, Mark, and taking him to CCA events. (He's 23 now) For years she was our "trash lady" for Lupus' CCA. What a job! I tried to help a few times and was amazed at the piles and piles of receipts and wrappers we had to sort and cut and count and bunch- and she did it faithfully...
