So sad to hear of Mr. Gene's passing. Many many great memories of him and my dad. I can see him now in our restaurant kitchen with that great gift of his. He cut all our steaks and meats which helped contribute to the quality of the product we served. He and my dad loved each other. They are probably having a steak together now.
