I don't think Mrs. Cowan knew it, but she was really a BLESSING in my life. I admired her from day one when I met her as an Educator. She was a kind, sweet person. I always looked forward to seeing her. I was delighted when Mrs. Cowan attended my daughter's wedding. She has left a tremendous legacy. A legacy through her daughter Vicki, Grand Daughter Kyara and all her other Grand Kids. She will be missed. I will miss her.

As I recall, Monte (and all her friends and relatives) joyously danced and reminisced at her 90th Birthday Celebration.
Sincerest condolences and...
