Not sure what to say?

I met Monty by Coming Home Connections a few years back. I worked for Monty as his caregiver. I never met a person like him with such a good humor and great attitude towards life. Even though I was there to help and assist him It always felt I was the one taken cared of. He never stopped being a gentleman. I went and visited after he moved to a nursing home. He was always greatful that I went and visited even though I wasn't working for him anymore. I always wanted to know what happened it...

My husband and I both worked for Monty in the late 1960s and remained in touch and friends with Monty and Melinda all these years. We miss them. With deepest sympathy,
Sally & Jim Francy

Sorry for your loss.I had never had the chance to meet or talk with Monty. Monty was responsible for creating our family tree. He gave a copy to my parents, Paul and Lois Gresh, as well as other livings relatives just months prior to my Father's death. Monty was a cousin to my mother from the Winther side of the Family.
Our family is thankful for his efforts in bringing us our history. Without his efforts we would not have been able to discover our ancestors. May he rest in...

Monty was truly an exceptional person. His book, Logical Design of Digital Computers first published in 1958 was a mentor to many computer designers who's careers emerged in the early days of the modern computer.

But I will always remember him for the Super Bowl parties that we would have with Monty, Melinda, Jack, Paula, Brenda and myself. This was an annual tradition from the early 90's to the late 2000's.

Monty was truly blessed with the happiness that Melinda brought to...

One of our many times with the Phisters for Super Bowl FUN!!!

Monty was a unique individual whose keen intellect, spontaneous sense of humor and compassion for others were inspirational. He was Jack's mentor and friend for almost 50 years. Now as he leaves this world, we all praise this dear man for his many accomplishments. Yet we also greatly mourn and grieve his passing. Monty contributed much to life itself, and who could ever forget his terrific cooking skills!
With love and respect,
Jack & Paula Shemer

Monty was an exceptional person. A classmate of mine at Stanford, we roomed together for a year and I attended his wedding in Chowchilla. His later years with Melinda seemed a rare gift, few are given.
