I am very sorry to hear of Monthe's death. I heard about it from my brother (Kevin's dad). Even though I have not been in touch over many years, his death does sadden me. My husband, Bob, and I were in Greece JUST last week on vacation. I always reflect on how you took in your three children from there. My husband and I were in Santorini and Athens. And when I looked up into the hilltops in Greece, I "imagined" if somewhere up there those children you were subsequently blessed with were...

Dear Mrs. Kofos & family,

On behalf of all the members of Citrus District 2 of Florida I wish to express our deepest condolences on the passing of our Supreme Athletic Director, Dr. Monthe Kofos. Monthe was a true icon in the Order of Ahepa and he has left a lasting impression on each and every member of our district.

Dr. Kofos was instrumental in establishing an athletic department for Ahepa which will be his lasting legacy. "May his memory be eternal".

on behalf of all the golfers from chicago he will truly be missed he was a great man who always new how to treat people with respect and honesty. as the supreme president said we lost a giant of a man from AHEPA but i am sure that god has him taking care of the biggest golfing outing of them all. thank you MONTHE. for all those great years you always managed to get us all togther at least once a year may God bless you

Dear Kay: Becky and I were certainly saddened at hearing of Monthe's passing. May God grant you and your family the strength to carry on your lives as Monthe would've wanted.
