Not sure what to say?

Such a wonderful man and so kind. I will always remember sitting on the porch of the Continental Hotel visiting with him. Thanks so much for all you have done for my home town of Centerville Iowa. RIP

From a Fellow Iowan

Another Fellow Iowan from my Home State. We lived in Centerville from 1995-2008, my S/O and I. My hometown is Knoxville, was in Owl Pharmacy one day talking to Frank and He mentioned Morgan Cline and how he was helping to renovate Centerville and the Continental. Never met the Fellow but wish I had. I was doing Mental Health Peer Support at that time. My late Condolences to his Family and Friends!! Best Regards: N. Idaho

So very sad to hear of the loss of my distant Cousin, Morgan Cline. I only met him once in Exline, Ia. at the Gas Station. He was very kind and told me that he greatly respected my Great Grandfather Andrew Colman Cline "Andy", The town Blacksmith and also his cousin. That meant so much to me. He invested in his Hometown, Exline and the area. He never forgot his Iowa roots and upbringing. He will be missed. RIP

As a former caretaker for Morgan and Ben at Riverwind, I can honestly say that I learned more from Morgan than from any other employer I ever had. Every morning at the kitchen table we would meet and discuss the days events. Invariably issues of the day would come up and vigorous discussions would ensue. Never was my opinion diminished, never was I treated less than respectfully. I will miss Morgan Cline immensely. Good luck on the rest of your journey Morgan. from John Martin

Although we never met, I know of Mr. Cline's generosity. I worked at Fallon Medica in Red Bank which was a part of Cline, Davis and Mann in the '00s and we were invited to the company Christmas and Summer Parties in NYC and I never have been to Christmas and Summer Parties as beautiful and fun as those, and probably never will again. Thank you and rest in peace.

Every Iowan should be proud of this wonderful, caring, giving native son of ours; and grateful for his benevolence not just to Centerville and Exline, but to the state as a whole. What a guy!

My condolences go out to the family and friends of Morgan E Cline. When we experience the loss of a loved one in death we all can look to our Heavenly Father for comfort.

I have many fond memories of Morgan and Ben. I enjoyed spending time with them at their many parties over the years and I'm so sad that Morgan is gone. He was truly a lovely person.
