Not sure what to say?

Would a family member please email me information on Jay Davis. I just now learned of his passing and was a good friend and classmate of him, growing up in Corpus Christi, TX.

The world just grew a little dimmer for me. Jay was my employer and friend after I moved to Austin when I was pregnant with my son. I was with him on 9.11.2001 when the towers were struck and I remember we just all went home and pondered the loss. That was 18 years ago today and I wanted to reach out to Jay and recognize our friendship....actually to apologize for having lost touch as I had deactivated my FB account and that was our primary form of contact. I was not aware of hos...

I am just now seeing this as I was wondering why I had not heard from Jay. In shock. Jay gave me my start in Real Estate and became a dear friend. I thought we'd be still be trading Facebook posts and Happy Birthdays in our old age. See you down the road and you will be missed until then. My condolences to all his precious family and to many friends.

I met Jay when I moved to Austin in 1983 and we have stayed in contact ever since. We had many good times together and I will miss him he was a great guy.

Goodbye old friend. You will be sorely missed by everyone who knew you.

None shall ever forget how your presence always made things fun and upbeat! We will miss your smile, your chuckle and wicked sense of humor.

It is such a huge loss for all of those that were blessed to know Jay. We met in college and I will always hear his laughter, see his smile and remember his fun-loving spirit. He was a light in my life. I will miss him dearly.

My thoughts and prayers are with his family in this very difficult time.

Thank you for being you; for being kind hearted and genuine all the time, I know that you are in a better place now, but I am not saying that makes it easier. The dogs and kiwi are going to miss you, and my daughters too.. I am going to miss having you around or when you used to come at home the same hour and I used to cook for you... there are no goodbyes...
