I just heard about Morgan's passing. I worked at Ramius for 5 years and found him to be such a classy, kind man. My sympathy to Mason and his family. Lisa Hellman

Sidney i just found out and too stunned to be coherennt. I always think of you both with love and wish there was something i could do. Please do know that i send you all much love and will pray so that you have the strength you need.

I was saddened to hear of Morgan's passing. He was a stellar human being who had the gift to connect with people and charm you with his sense of humor, his intellect and his passions. He gave his all to important causes he felt passionately about and has changed the lives of many. He will be missed.

I am very sad to hear of Morgan's passing.

Although I live and work now back home in Hong Kong, Morgan made my experience in New York in particular working at Ramius, a memorable one. Always caring and treating his employees beyond well, Morgan you truly will be missed.

I was so sorry to hear about Mr. Stark's passing. I worked at Ramius for a couple of years and he was such a lovely human being. Always kind, always fair, and just a gem of a person. My sincerest condolences to Mason and the rest of the family.

Truly one of the "Good Guys" I greatly admired Morgan and will miss him. My thoughts are with the family now. t.b.
