Not sure what to say?

Morgan, my friend, your smile and kind words every time embraced me with your welcoming. I am grateful for the times of being with you and Jackie. I am remembering laughter and word playfulness and wading in the Stillaguamish.

Thank you for happy, sustaining memories.

Morgan became my best friend when we were involved together in student government activities at Seattle Pacific College. We were reunited seven years later when I became a charter member of his Marcus Whitman Predbyterian Church. I considered Morgan to be my closest friend during the following years, greatly enjoying word play, punnery, music, humor, fishing and laid-back philosophical discussions. I have missed this close friendship these past few years and can now only experience his...

Dolores and I add our thoughts and prayers to Jackie and the family. Long ago we spent happy times with Morgan and Jackie. Morgan is a second or third cousin of my brother Howard and me. I, like Morgan, was a clergyman. My folks were close to his grandparents and I guess is great grandparents. Several memories of my early life are spending a day at the river cabin with the whole family.

Dolores (now known as Del) my brother Howard and I will be at the memorial service on Saturday....

I remember Morgan West as the pastor at Mt. Baker Park Presbyterian Church during my college years and a bit beyond. My parents were Arnie and Bernice Durall. Rev. West officiated at my dear maternal grandmother's funeral service in March 1971. When Morgan was going through the earlier part of the challenging illness, I recall visiting him at the hospital with my mother. Jackie, I remember you well. . . may the Lord bless you much at this time as well as your children and grandchildren.
