Our deepest sympathies for your loss. Morrie was a wonderful neighbr and great friend. He will be greatly missed. From the new creations of acrylic he would show us, to the big band music coming from the garage. He truely was fun person to be around. Jim, Mari, Mitch, Nick and Lauren Yadlosky

Deater Family, It is with a very heavy heart that I send my most sincere condolences at the loss of Morrie. I worked with him in the early eighties, and subsequently for him until his retirement. We will fondly and forever remember his work ethic and firm belief in what ever he represented, his pride in and kind words regarding all of his family, his warm and personal interests in our family whenever we visited, and the tokens of his talents that...

To the Deater family ~ I know you are all proud of what your husband~father~grandfather~ stood for. I was blessed to be his neighbor for the past 8+ years. He is a legend ~ and will always be in our thoughts and prayers......love and peace to all....God Bless......

Our thoughts and prayers are with your family on the lose of your father and grandfather. Steve & Sandy Moreland (Grand Haven)

I'm sure Morrie will be greatly missed by all. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this trying time.

I'm so sorry to hear of Morrie's passing. He was such a dear man, and we enjoyed working with him at the Lakeshore Museum Center. He will definitely be missed.

My thoughts and prayers are with you in your loss. Morrie was my teacher in the arts of acrylic. He was a good and patient teacher, and we had a lot of fun together. Two people could not be as different as morrie and I were, and I'm sure he shook his head in puzzlement more than once at me. I will miss him. Laura Sheehy

my prayers are with your family.
