Scrolling I was so happy to see the Honorable name of Morris Rubin. On the 4th of July 2001, I was staying with a beautiful lady in Cambridge while attending Haiku North America at the Boston Cultural Center. She held a Fourth of July party in her backyard. I invited Morris Rubin. He came with a lovely lady. Morris was my employer for many years off and on from 1966-1972. We had a very good time at the celebration of our country´s Birthday. My sincere condolences to the family of Morris Rubin. I worked for him for many years at the National Electric Motor Company in Roxbury and later Dorchester, Massachusetts. I left the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 1972 but never forgot him. I tried to keep in touch over the years. The last time I talked with him, he was 96. What a great man. His influence is with me all the days of my life.

I remember a little song he sang:

Please accept my sympathy on the loss of your father. I came to know him through Lois Morrill and would pick him up to visit Lois. He was a beautiful man and a gentleman.
