I also knew Moshe Samber when he supervised classes in the South Suburbs. In fact, I was one of the teachers he supervised. I always enjoyed when Moshe sat in my class because he would watch me with a warm smile, and I would feel his respect and appreciation for the work I was doing (plus the kids would be on their best behavior!). Dear Adam and the Samber family,
I am so sorry to hear of your father's passing. It was always a great pleasure for me to run into him in shul; he always had a steady stream of humorous remarks ready. Even now in my mind I can see his smiling face, his lips quivering-just about to say something funny or nice.

Moish was a very special person. He always had a kind word and a genuine smile. He always asked how I was doing and always had time to listen.
He was the type of person you never forget. I won't.
