I knew Morris and Cindy when he was a Lieutenant Commander and I and my peers were lieutenants at the Naval Legal Service Office, Pearl Harbor. He was a man of integrity and I deeply admired him. Years later, I was an Associate General Counsel of a GTE Corporation telephone company. The General Counsel of all of the telephone operating companies told me they were looking for a staff lawyer at the Irving, Texas headquarters. I recommended Morris and the general Counsel interviewed him. ...

Morris was a friend, inspiration and one of people I most enjoyed spending time with during some of the most rewarding years of my life. Deirdre and I share your loss and celebrate your sixty-four years together. We think of you often as we have made our home in Rapid City since 2014.
