I knew Morris and Cindy when he was a Lieutenant Commander and I and my peers were lieutenants at the Naval Legal Service Office, Pearl Harbor. He was a man of integrity and I deeply admired him. Years later, I was an Associate General Counsel of a GTE Corporation telephone company. The General Counsel of all of the telephone operating companies told me they were looking for a staff lawyer at the Irving, Texas headquarters. Morris was a friend, inspiration and one of people I most enjoyed spending time with during some of the most rewarding years of my life. Deirdre and I share your loss and celebrate your sixty-four years together. We think of you often as we have made our home in Rapid City since 2014. May God bless the rest of your life as He surely has until now.
