Rusty was a special friend and fine Lawyer. I met Rusty long distance when I was Asst.Claims Manager for USF&G in Atlanta in the 50's and 60's and we became closer friends when I came to South Carolina as Claims Manager. When I passed the Bar and started practicing in '69 I then came to know Rusty even better, in the court room and on the golf course.
