Not sure what to say?

my uncle was a very unique man...in business and in family life he was a leader...a mentor and always lovingly kind. Our memories lie in Brooklyn and chocolate donuts! You will always be beloved. Rest in Peace. Susan

Morty was a very special person. The differences we often shared at CWA Conventions in no way reflected our true relationship. I respected him like no other. Rest In Peace, MR.PRESIDENT. I am so proud to call you my BROTHER and to have had your influence in my life.

Dear Morty, you were such a special man. My deepest sympathy to Florence and your children & grandchildren. I know how much love you had for each & everyone of them. Beautiful family man, greatest union leader & such a wonderful man to have had the honor of working for. Rest in Peace, Morty.

My salute to a great and kind man, as well as, a tough union fighter for his union and for all workers. May he Rest In Peace and reap the rewards for his work, his compassion and his love of his union sisters and brothers.

Morty was a good friend to all in the house of labor. He never turned his back in any labor issue. Morty was a good friend of the teachers in NY. State and across the nation.
Rest In Peace friend.

Our deepest condolences and prayers at this difficult time. President Bahr was very much loved by Telecom workers of the former Bell System landline phone companies, CWA and IBEW labor unions. He helped us attain the American Dream of a middle-class life with security in our Golden Years. We used to run into brother Morty at the movies, AFI, etc. He was always a gentleman, a true Mensch, if you will permit me to say. We will all cherish his eternal memory.

Tom Bahler & Doug...

TOUGH BUT FRIENDLY, ALWAYS READY AND PREPARED TO STAND UP FOR US AS WORKERS , AS AMERICANS AND AS JEWS.

A truly inspirational union leader and great person. His efforts will benefit workers for generations.
