Dr. Maimon was one of my favorite teachers.
I was in his English class during my senior year in 1962 at Bartram High.
He decided he was going to review 12 years of English grammar -- along with the regular course -- in the four months left in high school.
The workload created callous on my writing finger. I struggled to keep up. I was a lazy student. Doing only what was required. Noting else. Dr. Maimon pushed me and showed me what I could achieve with more effort.
