Not sure what to say?

The Braun family offers condolences on your father's passing. He was a warm friend and a model for public service and responsibility. With our deepest sympathies,

Josh Braun

Cousin Mort was held in the highest regard by our family in California as is his lovely sister, Arline. On our rare visits to Florida, we were always treated generously & graciously by Mort. He will be missed but our admiration of him will continue.

I was fortunate to have been an ASA in his Court in 1976. I learned much from him and admired him very much. He always explained his decisions and was very fair. I never saw him impose a "trial tax" on any defendants that chose to exercise their right to trial. My condolences to his family.

Pam, as I have told you, your father was a superb judge. He was one of those rare lawyers who understood the need to give back to the profession and community which afforded him such great opportunities.

I, too, lost my father to complications of PD and while I have thought about him every day for the twenty five years he has been gone, I am so relieved he no longer suffers from that cruel disease.

You and Ellen are in my thoughts.

I have since moved on and worked with other Judges in different capacities, but Judge Perry will always have a special place in my heart for introducing me...

I first met Judge Perry in 1968 when I was a UM Freshman. He did a wonderful thing for me that I have thought of often. Should the family wish to know the details they may contact me at [email protected]. Judge Perry was a good man. My condolences to the family
