Morton Henry Silver

I will miss Morton greatly. I will never forget Scott let the chickens out and they were chasing them back in the chicken house some of them had never seen the inside of the chicken house they were wild. He left a note on the table which i kept for years that they had picked the eggs. I will always remember Morton and my mom mavis c sallas going out for breakfast and they had a sauce they put on eggs and Morton talked me in to trying and it set me on fire he and laughed at me as i drank...

I miss him dearly and he taught me so much, about my constitutional rights that so many have forgotten and he taught me to never stop educating my self even when school was was over. And I will continue to teach my children the lessons I have learned from him. I miss him and my grandfather so much.

Dear Aunt Rosie and Family,
We were very sad to hear of Uncle Morton's passing. Mother's dear friend John Casey in Miami saw it in the paper and sent us a e-mail.
Please know you are all in our thoughts and prayers.
We can only imagine what Heaven must be like with Mom, Dad and Mort all together again.

Dear Rosie and Family: We have not kept in touch, but we were deeply saddened to hear of Morton's passing. We were so close as children and were always happy to see each other.
