Not sure what to say?

Mort was one of the most genuinely interesting and intelligent people I have ever known. Many staff and students at the VA benefitted from his insights and guidance.
I had not seen him in many years, but have thought of him often.

Mort was a special mentor. There are so many memories--supervision in his office filled with Betty's art, his challenging discussions with students and faculty, and his special smile. My thoughts are with his family. We still have a picture of the Clark faculty from our wedding, with Mort in the center. It is very special to us. Michele Larrow and David Marcus (both Ph.D.s with Mort)

I was saddened to read of Dr. Wiener's passing. If it were not for him, I would never have the wonderful relationship I have with my children. I feel blessed to have known him. My condolences to his family and friends.

My sincere condolences on Mort's passing. He was my advisor during two years of grad school at Clark in the late 1980s. I learned a lot from him, and we co-organized a conference on schizophrenia and co-edited the subsequent proceedings together with Dan Miller. He will be missed by the many students fortunate enough to have studied with him over the years.

Our Deepest Condolences,
