Ms. Minerva and the Entire Drayton Family, Dea. Drayton "The Praying Deacon" as I often called him will be greatly missed. His quite mannerism, his slow smoth walk down the aisles of the church and around the tables in the fellowship hall. The way he would always stop and talk with the children all ages even the youngest. The encouragement he always had for the college students. The kind comments he gave to the Sunbeam Choir with smiles.

To Ms. Minerva and the Drayton Family, Deacon Drayton will be truly missed "The Praying Deacon" as I called him. I am Blessed with the time we had with him, His quite mannerism , his Love and time he gave to the Children , his smooth slow walk as if he was always thinking of something. Not to mention the way he would challenge us during Daytime bible study and then the laughter and smiles that followed and of course ,the Prayers he prayed.

I write this with deep sympathy.Being in the presence of Deacon Drayton was truly a blessing for me.Everytime I saw Deac.,he was the same.This was truly a pleasant man and he loved the Lord.If there's anything I can do for you (Mrs. Drayton),or the family,please let me know.
