Moses Joiner, Jr. was born on March 23, 1959 in Crystal Springs, MS to Roberta Ransom and Moses Joiner, Sr. He was the oldest of four children. 


Moses was a member of Terry Mission Baptist Church. He was a member of the Usher Board. 


Moses was employed with Borden, NAPA-Genuine Auto Parts Company, and SCP Distributors. 


Moses enjoyed yard work, antique cars, collecting watches, and ties. He was a jokester and loved making people laugh.


Moses was married to Vanessa Wade and to this union they were blessed with four children: Samantha, Shedrick, Moses III and Zachary. 


Moses was preceded in death by his parents Roberta Kendrick and Moses Joiner, Sr. and Mamie Ransom (aunt).


Moses leaves to cherish his memories a loving and devoted wife of 39 years, Vanessa, four children: Samantha (Larry), Shedrick, Moses, III and Zachary. Four grandchildren; Gabrielle, Dominique, Braylon and Kaliyah. Three Brothers: Sylvester (Patricia), Charles Kendrick and Warfield Kendrick, Minnie Ransom (aunt), Wardell Ransom (uncle), Nathaniel (Angel) Robinson, Robert (Lavern) Patton and Exzell (Constance) Houseworth and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
